About the job
- Lead integrated PR campaigns for major travel, hospitality, and lifestyle clients
- Craft and present polished pitch decks and responses to client briefs
- Uphold exceptional client service standards and ensure KPIs are consistently achieved across multiple accounts
- Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 per account, providing clear direction and support
- Remain execution-focused when needed, stepping in to keep projects on track and support the team at a hands-on level
About you
- Experienced PR professional at the Group Account Director level (or a strong SAD ready to step up)
- Exceptional writer with a love for structuring pitch decks and client proposals
- Skilled client relationship builder with a track record of turning challenging situations into successes
- Detail-oriented and passionate about delivering top-tier client service
- Confident leader who delegates effectively and fosters team growth
- Thrives on integrated campaigns that blend traditional PR with influencer and social activation
