We are seeking dynamic individuals for the role of First Aid Trainer at our Melbourne Campus. This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's availability.

Role Overview:

As a Trainer, your role is pivotal in enhancing the student learning experience. You will deliver and assess high-quality, compliant, and engaging training that aligns with RGIT's policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, as well as regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

– Deliver engaging First Aid training sessions, both theoretical and practical.

– Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.

– Maintain compliance with training packages and regulatory requirements.

– Ensure all training materials are current and align with industry standards.

– Provide individual support to students as needed.

– Maintain accurate records of training, attendance, and assessments.

What We're Looking For:

– Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).

– Current certification in First Aid and CPR (HLTAID011 or equivalent).

– Demonstrated experience delivering First Aid training.

– Strong communication and presentation skills.

– A passion for teaching and the ability to engage diverse learners.

– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
