**A**bout the company**

Due to growth and the expansion of their services, this well-known, large national not-for-profit is seeking a Commercial trainer. The aim of this role it to deliver training to corporate and public clients.

This is a hands-on, busy but rewarding position. You will aid individuals to achieve professional accreditations. This position can either be on an ongoing casual role or full-time.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- To conduct training in keeping with existing Training protocols and procedures, practices, methods, and delivery style.
- To achieve professional accreditation in compliance
- Registered Training Organisation (RTO), and Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) Guidelines requirements.
- Delivering face-to-face training to a range of individuals across Victoria

**You will have the following**:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Demonstrates prior experience in training within an education or corporate environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven self-direction with organisation and planning skills and the ability to exercise initiative, discretion and judgement in working independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated experience and success with coaching and mentoring skills.
