Unity College is an ELC-12 co-educational Lutheran school situated in beautiful country surroundings on the outskirts of the Rural City of Murray Bridge. It is an easy drive of only 45 minutes via the South-Eastern freeway to the heart of Adelaide. The college has a strong 'Students First' focus with a current total enrolment of approximately 790 students. Unity College offer the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) and is also an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP).

About the role

Unity College is seeking to employ an enthusiastic and resilient Reception - Year 5 Wellbeing Officer.

The successful candidate will work alongside our Junior School & Middle/Senior School Chaplains and our Middle/Senior School Counsellor to provide support and guidance to students and families on our Junior School campus.

Experience in the wellbeing field and working with young children is highly desirable.

This fixed term contract position is offered as full-time for 2026, with the potential for permanency in the future.
