Henderson Hose & Fittings is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Trade Counter Sales / Internal Sales position. We are one of the fastest-growing Industrial Hose & Fittings company in Western Australia. Proudly 100% WA-owned and family-operated, we're built on strong customer relationships, expert product knowledge, and a commitment to exceptional service.

We're looking for an individual who excels in a dynamic, customer-centric setting and is eager to advance their career. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience with hose and fittings (preferred but not essential)
  • Basic Outlook & Excel knowledge
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • A friendly, professional demeanour with a preference for working in a close-knit, team-oriented environment
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on identifying and pursuing new market opportunities
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and confident in taking initiative
