The Role

The Co-Care Administrator is the first point of contact here at PlanCare. As our work is delivered primarily online, you will be responsible for solidifying the client's perception of PlanCare as a leader in the Aged Care sector, as well as ensuring clients are onboarded swiftly and accurately.

You will work closely with the Co-Care Partners, Co-Care Managers, Sales team, and Service Delivery Manager to ensure that PlanCare's clients are well supported and that new opportunities for relationship-building with stakeholders and clients are explored.

This role is suited to someone who loves to talk and build relationships with new clients, has excellent administration and communication skills, and enjoys providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will have a lot of contact with new and existing clients from all walks of life, so patience and an open mind are essential.

Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a bubbly, friendly personality are highly sought after

The role will look like this:

Making and receiving calls to our clients and potential clients.

  • Answering email enquiries and arranging meetings.
  • Providing generalised Aged Care advice to clients (supported training provided).
  • Calling new client leads and sending out onboarding information.
  • Sending out service agreements and verifying information.
  • Completing pre- and post-onboarding tasks for clients.
  • Processing invoices and sending out monthly statements to clients.
  • Receiving and welcoming visitors.
  • Resolving client enquiries and forwarding calls where required.
  • Filing client information appropriately and updating records where necessary.
  • Developing and fostering new relationships with potential stakeholders.
  • Assisting with human resources in relation to the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Assisting with updating policies and procedures in collaboration with the compliance team.
  • Assisting Co-Care Partners with monitoring budgets where necessary.
  • Providing feedback to and preparing material to support PlanCare clients.

You'll definitely need to have:

  • Experience working in the Aged Care and/or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) sector (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent computer literacy and ability to manage multiple platforms.
  • A recent (less than three months) Police Check (or the ability to obtain one) or current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
