HR Administrator

Ultimate Security is growing fast, and we're looking for a HR Administrator to join our People & Culture team immediately.

• Support daily HR operations.
• Prepare employee contracts and onboarding paperwork; complete background and reference checks.
• Provide administrative support across HR functions including recruitment, records management, and training.
• Coordinate recruitment: post job ads, screen CVs, and schedule interviews.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance and positive culture.
• Respond to employee inquiries on policies and procedure.
• Support HR events and meetings, including staff celebrations and monthly activities.

• Proven experience in HR administration or HR support role.
• Knowledge of Fair Work and Awards (Security Services Industry Award is a bonus).
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
