About the Role:

Are you passionate about improving the lives of others? The Co-Group is seeking a Female Support Worker in Mullaloo, WA 6027 and around areas to support 2 Female NDIS Participants. The successful candidate must have valid driver's licence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care including continence support and changing pads
  • Provide social support
  • Perform all tasks relevant to support work including meal preparation and domestic assistance if required.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation such as shift notes, progress notes, and incident reports.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's Licence & access to a comprehensive-insured car
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment
  • First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese speaking is preferred

Shifts:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
