About the role:

We are seeking a high performing tax professional to lead and manage our individual tax return team. This role will be integral to developing the team's accounting skills and ensuring individual tax returns are processed accurately and efficiently on behalf of the wider management team.

This is a full-time position that plays a central role in leading our junior accountants and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage the individual tax return team.
  • Delegate, monitor and review the team's work to ensure adherence to standards, regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the professional development of the team and provide them with guidance and strategies to improve performance.
  • Ensure all work is coordinated in such a manner that client jobs are completed on time and on budget.

  • Registered Tax Agent
  • Professional membership with CA or CPA
