Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • Electrical & Mechanical Repairs: Work on a wide variety of new and used vehicles, diagnosing and fixing complex issues.
  • Diagnosing & Fixing Engine & Transmission Issues: Work on engines, transmissions, and suspension systems to keep vehicles running smoothly.
  • Accessory & Mine Vehicle Fit-Outs: No two days are the same – take on accessory fitting and mine vehicle modifications.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Conduct troubleshooting, fault finding, and preventative repairs to keep vehicles in top shape.
  • Provide Expert Advice: Advise customers on the mechanical condition of their vehicles and guide them through necessary repairs.
  • Lead Dealer Warranty Repairs: Ensure vehicles meet the standards required under dealer warranty, maintaining Pilbara Motor Group's commitment to quality.
What We're Looking For:
  • Automotive Mechanic Trade Certificate – A must-have for this role.
  • Honest, Reliable, and Hardworking – We value integrity and commitment.
  • Experience with Toyota or Nissan Dealerships – Highly advantageous, but not essential.
  • Current C-Class Driver's License – You must be able to drive vehicles in and out of the workshop.
  • Your Own Hand Tools – You'll need your own tools to perform your best work.
  • Strong Mechanical Knowledge – A solid understanding of mechanical systems and fault diagnosis is essential.
