About Our Vacancy

We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic and detail-driven Quality Administrator to join our team at Strathpine on a 12-month parental leave contract. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys bringing clarity and consistency to documentation processes. You'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our Iplex management system documentation including policies, SOPs, flowcharts, and registers always ensuring everything is accurate, compliant, and accessible across platforms.

We work in a fast-paced environment, so it is important that you can think on your feet, work with efficiency, and know how to pivot to different tasks should you need to.

Does This Sound Like You?


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)


• Ideally have experience with SharePoint or other digital document management systems


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams


• Excellent organisational and communication skills
