Software Engineer | Mid or Senior | Fully Remote | Up to $170k + super

The Role

As a Full Stack Developer, the engineer will work across a tech stack including Python/Django, React, TypeScript, Terraform and AWS. They will own feature development end-to-end, collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Customer teams to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and break work into Epics/Stories.
  • Deliver new features across web and mobile platforms, contributing to code reviews and testing.
  • Take ownership of technical projects, manage epics, maintain momentum, and clear blockers.
  • Write clean, testable, maintainable code with scalability and performance in mind.
  • Participate in regular video discussions with peers to review ideas and provide feedback.

We're looking for:

  • Strong Python skills and understanding of OOP models.
  • Solid experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with SQL/relational databases and public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Passion for building innovative solutions with end users in mind.
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile or web development.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to communicate technical ideas effectively.

It's a bonus if you have:

  • Experience with Django, React Native, or other mobile frameworks.
  • Knowledge of iOS/Android development fundamentals.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Testing experience with Python Unittest, Jest, or React Testing Library.
