The Role:

We're looking for enthusiastic and friendly Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. You'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing top-notch service in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and serving guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Taking orders and delivering food and beverages efficiently
  • Preparing and serving drinks at the bar (for Grade 2 / experienced applicants)
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
  • Assisting with POS/EFTPOS transactions and managing tabs
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential (Grade 2 applicants should have bar/serving experience)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
  • RSA certificate (for serving alcohol) and Food Safety Supervisor training is a plus

Classification: Food & Beverage Attendant Grade 1 or 2 (Hospitality Industry Award MA000009)
