Real Estate Sales Assistant – Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our high-performing, award-winning sales team at Ray White Oxenford. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside Clint Hynes and Robyn Wickham, two of the industry's best, in a dynamic and supportive team environment.


About the Role

This role is 38–40 hours per week, with occasional 2-hour Sunday shifts to assist at open homes.

As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting Clint and Robyn in their day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on proactive cold calling and building relationships via phone. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships over the phone.
  • Providing direct support to Clint and Robyn.
  • Performing general administration tasks.
  • Managing emails, appointments, and diaries.
  • Organising and attending open homes and inspections.
  • Conducting buyer follow-ups.
  • Coordinating trades and photography.
  • Attending weekly sales meetings.
  • Managing and maintaining the database.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (mandatory).
  • Experience in real estate and/or administration preferred.
  • Confident and professional phone manner, with proven ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • High computer literacy and tech confidence.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated.
  • Professional presentation.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • A proactive and positive team player.
