About the Role

Nu-Pure Beverages is seeking an experienced, hands-on Shift Technician to join our high-performing NSW Maintenance team at our state-of-the-art Horsley Park plant in Western Sydney.

Working with industry-leading equipment, including Krones and Kosme blow moulders and filler lines, you'll be a key contributor to keeping our high-speed production lines running safely and efficiently. Experience with this equipment is highly regarded.

You'll report directly to a supportive and experienced Maintenance Manager who is committed to your ongoing development through continuous training, support, and genuine career-growth opportunities.

Your Roster

  • 84 hours per fortnight
  • 7 shifts per fortnight (12-hour shifts)
  • Rotating Days & Nights:
    • Days: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Nights: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • 7-day roster (Mon-Sun)
  • Two full weekends off every month

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prioritise and respond to breakdown repairs to minimise downtime
  • Monitor duties and performance of production staff in relation to maintenance functions
  • Oversee GMP-related training and procedures (e.g., blue cards)
  • Complete preventive and scheduled maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Identify, source, and manage critical spare parts
  • Maintain and develop effective maintenance systems (work orders, schedules, registers)
  • Work closely with production teams to meet daily operational requirements

About You

  • Trade-qualified Fitter or Electrician
  • 5+ years' experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred)
  • Experience within fast-moving, 24/7 production operations-bottled water or food industry ideal
  • Strong understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs and holding a restricted electrical licence
  • Skilled in preventive and scheduled maintenance (PM & SM)
  • Clear communicator with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to build solid working relationships across teams
