Our Robots in Residence program brings STEM to life in classrooms across Australia—empowering students with hands-on robotics and coding experiences that build confidence, curiosity, and capability.

About The Role
As a Program Facilitator, you'll lead the delivery of our exciting Robots in Residence program in partner schools. You'll work with volunteers and teachers to create engaging, inquiry-based STEM learning experiences using robotics kits and coding tools.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Delivering weekly robotics and coding sessions onsite at schools
  • Training and supporting volunteers to engage effectively with students
  • Collaborating with teachers to create interactive, hands-on lessons
  • Contributing to program evaluation and reporting

About You
You're passionate about education, STEM, and making a difference. You thrive in dynamic environments and love working with diverse communities.

You Bring

  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • A tertiary qualification or relevant experience in education, science, or engineering
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience working with students and volunteers
  • Flexibility to travel to school sites as needed

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with robotics or coding
  • Knowledge of school curricula and education policy
  • Experience in the non-profit sector
