We are a fast-growing global brand specialising in reformer Pilates and on-demand fitness software, serving both DTC and B2B markets. Our mission is to empower individuals and businesses with premium Pilates equipment and digital solutions that enhance their fitness journey. As we expand our presence worldwide, we are looking for an additional Marketing Team member to focus on our B2B markets reporting into our Commercial Marketing Manager.

About the role:

We are searching for a full time B2B Marketing Assistant to work both in our Mornington HQ & from home. The role will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing strategies targeting local and international markets, focusing on lead generation, brand consistency, and market penetration. Reporting to the Commercial Marketing Manager, this role will assist in executing B2B marketing campaigns, managing brand assets for commercial distributors and key accounts, and providing logistical support for international expos. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, uses initiative and is capable of thriving in a fast-paced, global marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of B2B marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing and sales collateral, ensuring brand consistency across all global markets.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to the Commercial Marketing Manager.
  • Assist with coordinating lead generation tactics and activities & new product launches across wholesale, digital and Reformers.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of international and local expos, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Manage logistics, including booth setup, shipping of promotional materials, and vendor coordination.
  • Support the development of event-specific marketing materials and promotional content.
  • Coordinate post-event follow-ups, including lead tracking and reporting.
  • Manage and maintain brand assets for commercial distributors and key accounts through the brand folder system.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and are accessible to stakeholders.
  • Support lead generation efforts through targeted email marketing, webinars, and digital ads.
  • Maintain CRM systems (e.g., Klaviyo & HubSpot) to track leads and monitor engagement.
  • Maintain the marketing boards to ensure key information is kept up to date.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with international or global marketing exposure.
  • Experience in event planning, trade show coordination, or expo administration is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (e.g.,Klaviyo & Mailchimp).
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse markets.
  • Familiarity with brand asset management platforms and systems.
