Our Opportunity

We have a versatile, exciting, and rewarding opportunity at our Glen Waverley centre for a Full-Time Permanent Dental Assistant.

Our modern dental practice runs three chairs and provides a wide range of dental treatments. You'll be part of a close-knit, welcoming team focused on delivering excellent patient care.

  • Full-time, permanent role with a structured schedule

  • Weekend work on a rotational basis (penalty rates apply)

  • Convenient location with rooftop staff parking and lifts directly opposite the centre

Your Skills and Attributes

Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You'll also bring:

  • Experience as a Dental Assistant across chair-side, sterilisation, and/or reception

  • Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols

  • A caring, team-focused approach to patient care

  • Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
