We're looking for our next customer service super star

We have a position as an experienced Service Advisor to join their team in one of the most idyllic places on earth. Proserpine is the doorstep to the beautiful Whitsundays region This multi-franchised, family-owned dealership is seeking an experienced Service Advisor who is looking for a successful, long-term career in a welcoming environment. Experience and familiarity with the top automotive franchises and working in a dealership environment is a must.

Duties of the role:

  • Providing the best customer experience
  • Being proactive in promoting customer loyalty and referrals
  • Achieving retail gross $'s as per daily target
  • Completing all paperwork to the highest standard
  • Ensuring the workshop is booked to 100% daily
  • Assisting with the satisfactory resolution of customer complaints

This is an excellent opportunity to join our dedicated team in this small, but busy service department. The successful applicant will ideally have an enthusiastic attitude, excellent time management and computer proficiency. Sound mechanical knowledge and experience with Toyota or other vehicle franchises will be highly regarded.

Applicants must also have a proven track record of performance and stability along with a strong work focus. You must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

An attractive remuneration package will be discussed with the successful applicant and will be dependent on experience. Standard superannuation will be paid.
