The Role:

We are seeking a confident and experienced Barber to join our tight-knit team. You will be a key player in maintaining our high standards and reputation for excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing a full range of premium barbering services including precision haircuts, classic and modern scissor work, straight razor shaves, and beard grooming.
• Consulting with clients to understand their needs and recommending styles that suit them.
• Building and maintaining a loyal clientele through exceptional service and interpersonal skills.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitised, and organised workstation.
• Contributing to the positive and energetic vibe of our shop.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 4 years of professional barbering experience.
• A proven track record and a strong, verifiable portfolio of your work.
• Expertise in clipper work, scissor-over-comb, fade techniques, and beard shaping.
• Proficiency with straight razors for shaving and outlining.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
• A professional appearance and a positive, team-player attitude.
• Relevant Australian barbering qualifications are highly regarded.
