Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

• Performing high-quality haircuts, fades, and beard trims tailored to each client's style
• Executing straight razor shaves and hot towel services
• Delivering outstanding customer service and building client relationships
• Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of your workstation and the salon
• Advising clients on grooming products and styling techniques when required
• Managing time effectively to maintain smooth workflow and punctuality
• Supporting a positive team environment and assisting with general shop duties

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' barbering/hairdressing experience
• Certificate III in Barbering/Hairdressing or equivalent qualification
• Strong skills with straight razor shaves and all aspects of barbering
• A confident, friendly, and professional approach to clients
• Great attention to detail and time management
• A positive team player with a can-do attitude
• Must currently reside in Australia and have full work rights
