The Opportunity

This is a fixed-term maternity leave contract with strong exposure across major projects and real opportunity to add value from day one. You will lead financial reporting and forecasting for key projects, providing accurate analysis and partnering with operational teams to support informed, timely decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project-level month-end reporting, including margin analysis, reconciliations and key financial controls
  • Manage project forecasts, cash flow modelling and variance analysis
  • Provide clear financial insights that support operational planning and strategic decisions
  • Produce financial inputs for project reviews, feasibility assessments and internal reporting
  • Support audit, governance and broader financial reporting requirements
  • Enhance finance processes, data accuracy and reporting efficiency
  • Build effective relationships across cross-functional teams

About You

  • Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance or Commerce, with CA/CPA qualification
  • Industry exposure to development, construction or other project-based environments is highly regarded
  • Strong technical capability across financial reporting, project costing and analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with modern ERP systems
  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to partner effectively across project, operational and finance teams
