Overview:Our government client is seeking Roadworkers to join their road sealing crew in the Narrandera, Jerilderie and Wagga Wagga areas. The work requires 90% of the time camping away from the Narrandera depot. When camping away from the depot, allowances will be paid for living away from home and accommodation will be provided. The working hours are generally 8.5 hrs per day, Mon - Fri (9-day fortnight)

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of the team sealing highways
  • Using and removing stick and stomp temporary pavement markers
  • Roller operation - multi tyre
  • Drive crew truck as required
  • Stop / slow traffic control as required
  • General manual handling duties

Essential Criteria

  • Previous civil construction experience
  • Grader operating experience an advantage
  • White Card
  • MR Truck Licence or above
  • Traffic control tickets (or willing to obtain)
  • Workers on Foot (or willing to obtain)
  • Willing to undergo a Police Check
  • Physically fit for manual handling

This assignment is expected to run up to 19th December 2025 but has a high chance of being extended.
