About the Program

The Reckitt Future Leaders Program is a 2-year rotational graduate experience designed to accelerate your development and prepare you for leadership roles. You'll complete at least two rotations across different commercial functions based on business needs.

You'll gain hands-on experience, work on real projects, and get behind-the-scenes access to the strategy and operations of some of Australia's most trusted health brands.

You'll thrive in this program if you:

  • Are graduating in 2025 or have graduated within the past year
  • Have achieved a minimum credit/B average in your degree
  • Are available to join us for an in-person Assessment center on December 8th 2025
  • Are commercially minded, curious, and data-driven
  • Communicate with confidence and clarity
  • Are organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Are a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia
  • Are available to start full-time in February 2026
