As an Enrolled Nurse working with Home Care Package clients, you'll deliver person-centred nursing care that helps older people maintain their independence and quality of life - all from the comfort of their own homes.

The Fleurieu Peninsula is just one hour for the city of Adelaide. It covers the stunning areas and towns of McLaren Vale, through to Strathalbyn, Goolwa, Victor Harbor and Aldinga Beach where you can spend days off experiencing the wineries and award winning restaurants of the southern vales. HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred nursing care in clients' homes
• Assist with clinical assessments, routine procedures, and care planning
• Support client independence and wellbeing through education and engagement

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?

Working in this environment, it is important to us that we only employ people with the upmost integrity and commitment to serving the South Australian community and its visitors to the highest possible standards. • You will need to undergo employment screening, what you require is also on the front page of the Role Description.
• You will be required to hold registration with AHPRA to practice as an Enrolled Nurse within our organisation.
