Your part in our Retirees WA team

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be working alongside our Registered Nurses, providing person-centered care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility, and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:

  • Documenting and updating care plans in line with emerging assessments
  • Medication and wound management
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living and recreational activities
  • Helping residents to participate in the community by providing social support
  • Aiding other care staff and health professionals
  • Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members including General practitioners
  • Administrative work including rosters
  • Training and supervision of care team members
