About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join Prevail as an Underwriter - Home and play a key role in driving profitable business growth. In this role, you will build and maintain strategic relationships with brokers, actively participate in industry events, and deliver tailored underwriting solutions aligned with our guidelines. Key Responsibilities

Underwrite risks within defined authority limits, ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Collaborate with the underwriting team to achieve monthly production targets and business objectives. Deliver high-quality underwriting referrals with clear rationale and timely completion within SLAs. Review and analyse portfolio performance, providing recommendations to support strategic goals. Build and maintain strong broker relationships through effective communication, industry events, and marketing initiatives. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product enhancements and growth

Skills and Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Analytical mindset with the ability to solve underwriting challenges within defined guidelines. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to achieving goals and driving results. Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and maintain positive relationships with brokers and colleagues. Commitment to continuous learning, compliance adherence, and professional development.
