KU also operates brokered programs on behalf of the Commonwealth Government and provides professional services to the early childhood sector and the wider community.

The Role

The successful candidate will support the Business Operations team to ensure effective and efficient operation of the services with a customer focus, as being the friendly point of contact stepping into support service admin.

The position will see you join the team full time, 8 hours each day Monday to Friday accruing a monthly rostered day off. Based out of our Support Office on York Street in Sydney CBD.

About you:

  • Experience with computer-based finance/enrolment packages
  • Knowledge of Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children
  • Exposure to the Preschools and CCS funding models and the implications for processing administration tasks
  • Understanding of NSW /Victorian funding models and accountabilities
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues, service staff, families and community members in a professional and customer focused manner
  • Experience and sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Windows programs Previous administration experience
  • Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and organisational skills
