In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and helping customers make the perfect choice with their sales enquiry.

Robbs Jewellers is located in Forbes, Central NSW , This position offers the right person the opportunity to work in a professionally satisfying environment and be part of the continuing success of a well-established local business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly, knowledgeable and personalized customer service
  2. Assisting customers in selecting jewelry, watches and other gifts that meet their specific needs and preferences
  3. Sound basic computer skills and a knowledge of social media.
  4. Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately
  5. Restocking and merchandising products to maximize sales
  6. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  7. Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting your colleagues

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role, preferably in the role of face to face communication. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with our clients customers and build rapport
  2. The desire to obtain Excellent product knowledge and a genuine passion for the jewellery and accessories industry
  3. A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a well-presented retail environment
  4. Enthusiasm, flexibility and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  5. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including some weekends.
