Due to continued growth, Northwest Mining Company (NWM) is on the hunt for Multi-Skilled Operators to join our team.

This is your opportunity to work with industry leading equipment, enjoy job security, and be part of a company that's driving the future of Mining Operations in the Hunter Valley

You'll operate a range of equipment, including:

  • Excavators (5t - 30t)

  • Moxy Dump Trucks (Volvo A40G & A30G)

  • Graders (Cat 14M - 16M)

  • Tipper Trucks (8t - 12t)

  • Water Carts & Posi Track Bobcats

Your daily work will include:

  • Dam desilting & under-belt cleaning

  • Road maintenance & washery clean-up

  • General labouring & site support

  • Road and carpark maintenance

  • Sump and drain clean

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience operating Excavators, Moxys, Graders & more

  • Relevant Mine or Civil Site RPLs for the equipment you operate

  • A current unrestricted HR Licence is highly desirable

  • Ability to pass an Order 43 Medical

  • A strong work ethic & a commitment to equipment care

  • Live within 100km radius of Muswellbrook (this is not a FIFO opportunity)
