The Role:

  • Proactively generate new event business and maximise revenue opportunities
  • Manage a strong lead pool, engage with prospective clients, host venue inspections, create contracts and convert into confirmed event bookings
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from enquiry, proposal, and negotiation through to securing bookings
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Face to face client appointments and help
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Flexible schedule required, including working one weekend day per week.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience working in event sales, hospitality sales, or venue sales
  • A vibrant, outgoing personality with a passion for sales and exceptional client experiences
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly driven, results-focused, and comfortable working to ambitious targets
  • Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
