About the role

Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, our Style Studio Host/Reception play a key role as the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors. In this role, you will warmly welcome guests, manage enquiries with professionalism and respect, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. With a strong focus on service, you will create a welcoming environment that showcases our Style Studio at its best.

Day to day, you will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, managing calls efficiently, and providing outstanding hospitality. You will oversee the presentation of meeting rooms, common areas, and the showroom to ensure they are maintained to an exceptional standard. This role also involves building strong relationships across all business units, as well as supporting the team with general administrative and office duties. Success in this position relies on excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a genuine passion for creating a positive and memorable experience for every guest.

About you

You will bring proven experience in delivering high-level customer service, ideally gained within retail, hotel, airline, or hospitality environments, with corporate reception experience considered an advantage but not essential. Confident in liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, including executives, you demonstrate excellent communication skills and an outstanding telephone manner. Your ability to manage time effectively, maintain strong attention to detail, and present yourself with professionalism and immaculate personal presentation will ensure you thrive in this role.
