Have you got top-notch organisation and planning skills? Are you a Master-Multi-tasker; with a “can-do” attitude and genuine desire to connect with people and build community? Our Perth HQ-crew is looking for someone to coordinate Pilates ITC’s growing Continuing Education event calendar (national) and drive community engagement within our Australia-wide Work Placement network.

Qualifications and experience:

- Event coordination experience.
- Administrative experience - ideal if you’ve worked in vocational training or for a Registered Training Organisation but not essential for the right person
- Sales experience and or exposure to sales processes.
- Top-notch customer service skills, and a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, effectively and nurture Work Placement community members.
- We need you to be comfortable with “tech” and digital channels; general office duties; and excel at written and verbal communication.
- Professional, attentive, and accurate in your work; prepared, responsive and willing to meet a challenge.
- A genuine desire to help and be part of a team.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Role reports to Directors.
- Work closely with Communication and Marketing for promotion of Continuing Education events.
- Manage and coordinate the national Continuing Education events schedule, which includes in-Studio events hosted across Australia and online events. Includes: securing presenters, managing presenter enquiries, scheduling events, preparing event collateral, assisting in delivery of events (WA).
- Sales support for CE events: stakeholder engagement with Pilates ITC network for promotion of education events.
- Customer Care: be a key point of contact for current Pilates ITC CE customers with questions about their bookings, and facilitating bookings.
- CE Administrative communications and general clerical and administrative duties as directed.
- Event performance reporting and budgeting.
- Management and growth of Pilates ITC Work Placement network of Studios.
- Nurture and support the WP community through networking and events, referral and rewards schemes.
- Facilitate a positive Student experience at WP Studios.
- Progress reporting for WP.

**Salary**: $57,000.00 per year
