NX Blue is an agile, Australian-owned recruitment and workforce management company partnering with clients across multiple industry sectors. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter / Account Manager to join our Chermside team and play a key role in driving client relationships, workforce delivery, and recruitment excellence.

About the Role: As a Senior Recruiter / Account Manager, you'll take ownership of client accounts and end-to-end recruitment across a variety of industries throughout Greater Brisbane. You'll combine strong relationship management skills with hands-on recruitment capability to deliver high-quality workforce solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing client accounts and building long-term partnerships
• Sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across a range of sectors
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability
• Overseeing and coordinating the recruitment and onboarding process
• Providing on-site support to manage contingent workforces
• Maintaining regular communication with candidates and clients to ensure service excellence
• Collaborating with the wider NX Blue team to deliver innovative workforce solutions

You'll ideally bring:

• Proven experience in recruitment, account management, or workforce coordination
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
• Confidence working both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
