*About the Role*

We're looking for a New Graduate Physiotherapist to join our growing mobile team at Smart Rehab in Sydney. Whether you're just finishing uni or recently graduated, this is your chance to build a strong foundation with the right support behind you. This role is all about flexibility – we help you design a schedule that suits your lifestyle. You'll get a base salary plus bonus opportunities when you hit your weekly KPIs. Travel support is also sorted – with a company car or petrol reimbursement available.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Mobile visits to clients in their homes or local community

  • Assessing, treating, and creating rehab plans that get results

  • Working with a supportive team and getting ongoing mentorship

  • Learning on the job while growing your clinical confidence

*Who We're Looking For*

- A recent or soon-to-be graduate in Physiotherapy

  • AHPRA registration (or working towards it)

  • Great communication skills and a team-first attitude

  • Eagerness to learn and make a real difference in people's lives
