What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you will service existing residential roofing applicators and restorers while acquiring and growing your customer base to meet sales targets. You'll drive market share growth in roofing and aligned product categories by building strong relationships with contractors and industry influencers. Regular face-to-face sales conversations, networking, and collaboration with Dulux Trade Centres and Inspirations Stores will be key to supporting growth and local engagement. You'll also provide field support and insights to internal teams across the Acratex business, working independently to develop and execute territory plans aligned with sales targets and strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking for:

  • Previous experience in business development, account management, or sales roles
  • Strong CRM and IT systems knowledge, with structured call planning experience
  • Proven ability to grow product or service categories through sales and customer engagement
  • Commercially minded with strong problem-solving and solution-based thinking
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, people-focused, and passionate about building strong customer relationships
