About the Role

We are seeking a driven and motivated Senior Retail Attendant and Team Leader to join our Bottlemart drive thru at Sandstone Point Hotel. The right candidate will have a passion for the liquor and hospitality industries and will be reliable, friendly and confident working both within a team and independently. This role involves helping lead the daily operation of the store while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock handling, basic stock rotation and maintaining product displays
  • Processing sales through POS with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assisting with cold room and display fridge replenishment
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the store and work areas
  • Supporting junior team members and setting a positive example
  • Helping maintain safe and compliant operations

Qualifications

  • Current RSA
  • Valid QLD drivers licence and reliable transport
  • Friendly and confident customer service skills
  • Open availability on weekends and during holiday periods
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 25 kg
  • Previous retail experience preferred

  • Experience with large scale stock handling for concerts or events
  • Ability to cross train into hotel cellar or maintenance if holding a valid QLD forklift ticket
  • Industry knowledge of beer, wine and spirits
  • Experience with stock take and stock management
