Mid-Level Interior Designer to join an award-winning national studio as they open the doors to their brand-new Sydney location Under the leadership of a newly appointed and highly respected Design Director, this is a rare opportunity to play a foundational role in a growing team, with the full support of an incredible national studio behind you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on exciting workplace projects from concept through to documentation and delivery
  • Develop space plans, finishes, joinery, and FF&E packages that align with strategy and brand identity
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to deliver considered design outcomes
  • Prepare presentation material, visualisations, and design packs to clearly communicate ideas
  • Contribute to a studio culture where collaboration and design reviews are part of the creative process
  • Work on inspiring, high profile workplace projects
  • A client facing role where your voice is heard and your ideas matter
  • Incredible mentorship from some of the best in the industry

Skills and Experience

  • At least 4+ years experience in interior design (ideally in Workplace/ commercial)
  • Revit proficiency is a must, with confidence in the Adobe Suite
  • Strong technical skills across documentation, detailing, compliance, and consultant coordination
  • A creative mindset with a love of concept design, finishes, and FF&E
  • Confident communicator who enjoys presenting and working directly with clients and stakeholders
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects with a positive, proactive attitude
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for creating exception spaces
