Queensland Childcare Services is seeking passionate Lead Educators and Trainee Educators to join our award-winning The Woods Early Education Centre – a place where learning is playful, growth is supported, and every day is an adventure.

Who We're Looking For:

Lead Educators – Diploma-qualified or actively studying towards a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. You'll lead a team, inspire young minds, and deliver high-quality, play-based programs aligned with the EYLF.

Trainee Educators – Eager to learn, love working with children, and ready to earn while studying your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.

All Roles Require:

  • Current QLD Blue Card
  • Sense of humour, energy, and a passion for children's learning
  • Commitment to promoting healthy, fun, and engaging environments

What You'll Do Every Day:

  • Lead and mentor your team or learn on the job as a Trainee
  • Deliver joyful, play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Ensure a safe, inspiring, and fun environment
  • Participate in programs like Bush Kindy, Farm Kindy, and music activities
