**Who We’re Looking For**:
**Lead Educators** - Diploma-qualified or actively studying towards a **Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care**. You’ll lead a team, inspire young minds, and deliver high-quality, play-based programs aligned with the EYLF.

**Trainee Educators** - Eager to learn, love working with children, and ready to earn while studying your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.

**All Roles Require**:

- Current QLD Blue Card
- Sense of humour, energy, and a passion for children’s learning
- Commitment to promoting healthy, fun, and engaging environments

**What You’ll Do Every Day**:

- Lead and mentor your team or learn on the job as a Trainee
- Deliver joyful, play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ensure a safe, inspiring, and fun environment
- Participate in programs like **Bush Kindy, Farm Kindy, and music activities**
