Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Location: Brisbane, QLD

Full-Time

Are you a proactive and organised professional who loves keeping things ticking over smoothly? We're on the lookout for a Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Managing Director and help manage the day-to-day running of our business.

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of both administrative and operational functions. You'll manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, and projects, while also leading small team activities, overseeing supplier contracts, handling payments, and assisting with internal reports and proposal preparation.

This is a trusted, fast-moving position suited to someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and enjoys making things happen with accuracy and accountability.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle communications
  • Draft emails and company-wide updates on behalf of the Director
  • Support Accounts with expense tracking and payment processing
  • Plan and coordinate events and travel arrangements, both local and overseas
  • Keep on top of office supplies, facilities management, and vendor relationships
  • Create visual materials such as flyers and presentations using Canva
  • Organise gifts, hampers, and staff recognition initiatives
What You'll Bring
  • 3–5 years' experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant to senior leadership.
  • Strong people management and coordination skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.

    High level of discretion and professionalism

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and workflow tools.
  • Current driver's licence.
