Moreton Drive Early Learning is seeking warm, dedicated and passionate Qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team as we rebuild, strengthen and shape a centre our children and families can be proud of.

What you'll be doing
  • Creating high-quality learning and care experiences that support each child's wellbeing, development and sense of belonging
  • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity, exploration and joy
  • Observing, documenting and celebrating children's learning to guide intentional planning
  • Maintaining safe, organised and inspiring environments where children feel secure and valued
  • Building strong, positive relationships with families through open, respectful communication
  • Working collaboratively with a growing, dedicated team committed to continuous improvement
What we're looking for
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
  • Experience in an early childhood setting, with confidence working within best-practice frameworks
  • Someone who values teamwork, respect and community
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
  • A positive, solutions-focused attitude and willingness to contribute to a centre undergoing exciting growth and renewal
  • A genuine passion for early learning, children's development and creating a safe, nurturing environment
