Job Description:
Are you a driven real estate professional ready to take the next step in your career? Gorman Commercial is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Leasing Executive to join our high-performing team. In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and play a key role in shaping leasing strategies and tenant relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental returns
- Source and secure new tenants through targeted marketing and networking
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals to ensure mutually beneficial terms
- Conduct property inspections and identify opportunities for value enhancement
- Maintain strong tenant relationships and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to promote vacancies
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial or residential leasing or sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of commercial real estate market dynamics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid Real Estate License or Agent's Representative Certificate
