We're on the lookout for both a Venue Manager and an Assistant Venue Manager to help lead our passionate team and take our venues to the next level.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a key leader across both venues, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations—think staff management, stock control, and service excellence. More than that, you'll bring energy, ideas, and leadership to shape the culture and future of Cargo Bar Pizza Lounge and Jack Greene.
You'll lead from the front, setting the standard for exceptional service while mentoring and inspiring your team. With two dynamic and high-volume venues under your guidance, you'll be instrumental in delivering consistently memorable guest experiences.
What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in a busy bar, restaurant, or hospitality venue

A genuine passion for hospitality, people, and premium Tasmanian food & drink
-
Strong communication and organisational skills
-
Ability to think on your feet, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure
-
A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
Qualifications & experience
At least 2 years' experience in a management role
RSA
Drivers License
Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work across a 7-day roster including weekends, and some late nights
