Role Description

This is an onsite and remote internship role for a Product & Quality Intern with KEEK's Fitness Health App team. The intern will assist in product quality assurance, support product specialists in various tasks, analyze product data, communicate effectively with team members, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include identifying bugs, suggesting product improvements, collecting user feedback, and supporting sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Product Specialists skills and basic understanding of product management
  • Analytical Skills for identifying product issues and suggesting improvements
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective team interactions
  • Customer Service skills to support and address user inquiries
  • Sales support skills in promoting and facilitating product sales
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Interest in technology and fitness health applications
  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant program (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science)
