As a hands-on leader, you will drive positive change and support both leaders and employees in creating an exceptional workplace. Your expertise will ensure our people feel supported and developed throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aligning people strategies with business objectives
- Developing career development programs
- Leading workforce planning for short and long-term needs
- Providing expert advice on people matters and compliance
- Implementing performance and development programs
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies across ANZ, UK, and USA markets
- Experience in a fast-growing company
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development
