HSEQ Advisor | FIFO | Numburindi, NT

Site-based on a 3:1 roster

Salary: $140-$160k + Super

A leading commercial construction company with 30+ years' experience across QLD and NT is seeking a
site-based HSEQ Advisor
for a FIFO role.

What you'll do:

• Implement and manage integrated HSEQ systems and plans
• Conduct site inspections, task observations, HSEQ audits, and manage subcontractor SWMS
• Deliver inductions, pre-starts, and liaise with project teams on HSEQ matters
• Assist in injury management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years' HSEQ experience in commercial construction, preferably with remote/FIFO experience
• Cert IV WHS; tertiary qualification desirable
• Strong knowledge of QLD & NT legislation, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint; HammerTech experience desirable

Additional Info:

• Open to candidates FIFO from most locations, but due to flight logistics,
  Darwin or Cairns-based candidates are preferred
