The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Housing Services Manager to lead the operational delivery of our community housing services. This role is pivotal in driving growth, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with KCS values.
- Provide leadership and direction in line with business goals.
- Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and ethical decision-making.
- Support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that promote customer independence and choice.
- Drive growth initiatives and support grant and tender writing projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Support policy development and ensure alignment with sector best practices.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Champion a workplace culture that reflects KCS values.
- Build staff capacity through supervision, support, and training.
- Promote Kirinari and the community housing sector within the broader community.
- Establish and nurture strategic and operational partnerships across sectors.
About You
You are a strategic thinker and collaborative leader with a passion for community development. You bring:
- Proven experience in community housing or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
- Commitment to ethical, professional behavior and continuous improvement.
