We're looking for a
Site Supervisor
who thrives in fast-paced fitout environments and is ready to grow with us. This role is perfect for someone with a few years' site management experience who's eager to step up, take ownership of projects, and join a team where your contribution really matters.

What you'll be doing:

Overseeing day-to-day site operations and subcontractors

Driving projects to be delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

Managing safety, quality, and compliance on site

Working closely with clients, suppliers, and our project team to keep things running smoothly

What we're looking for:

Fitout experience (a must)

Strong communication and people management skills

Solid understanding of safety protocols and quality standards

A team player who wants to grow, not just clock in/out

Relevant qualifications/certifications are valued but not essential if you've got the right experience
