Sharp & Carter are partnering with a leading private hospital in Brisbane seeking experienced Scrub Scouts to join their orthopaedic and urology theatre teams. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive environment that values teamwork, growth, and ongoing professional development.

About the Hospital**

  • 120-bed private hospital with 7 theatres covering General, Orthopaedics, and Urology
  • Supportive, collaborative theatre environment

The Role

  • Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care as part of the Scrub/Scout team
  • Work across a mix of orthopaedic and urology procedures
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective patient care
  • Permanent full-time and part-time options available

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Scrub/Scout Registered Nurse
  • Current AHPRA registration as an RN
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive attitude and commitment to patient-centred care
